Freshly delivered from local farms in Gunma and Niigata, Joshu beef and Joushu chicken are the backbone of a hearty Japanese style hot pot dinner at Tanigawa. A comforting and warming dinner, the Japanese “nabe”, or hot pot is something for the whole table to share.
Tanigawa provides two traditional table top styles. The Okutone nabe is a miso based hot pot with chicken and a selection of vegetables, mushrooms, with udon noodles to finish.
The Joushu beef shabu shabu comes with a variety of vegetables, a fish side dish and udon noodles.
Both meals come with dessert.
