Located on the top floor, Fujiwara’s menu was created in a collaboration between our top notch hotel chefs and Giaggioro, a 5 star Italian restaurant in Ginza. Using a variety of the highest quality local produce, fish and meat, the menu boasts a wide array of robust, but delicately flavored Italian dishes. Within the course menu can be found an assortment of dishes that incorporate Japanese ingredients for a fusion flair.
